The bathroom which has been completely renovated is separated from the open space by a glass door and has a spacious shower and full laundry facilities with washing machine and tumbler. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer. A long wooden high bar table not only offers social cooking together but also serves well for breakfast or lunch for two. The dining table hosts 6 people comfortably. Enjoy your evenings and time in the living area with reading, watching TV (on a 42” flat TV) or preparing for the next exciting day in CapeTown. Nest yourself into the comfy queen size bed with high quality linen. The apartment is located in Upper Woodstock on the border with Salt River. Roodebloem, with its lively restaurants, shops and delis is within walking distance. Old and new, traditional and trendy, mix perfectly in this fun neighbourhood.

A MyCiTi Bus stop is 500 meters away, UBER is the way to go.

Upon request, indoor garage parking is available for R 130 per calendar day used, not included in the rent. To be paid cash upon arrival. Please let me know if you need parking when you book, so I can make sure to reserve you a spot. Free street parking is available, but tricky during daytime from Monday to Friday.
